Ron Bogart - Ron is the CEO of Gold Mechanical, a company he's led since it became employee owned in 2012. He obtained a Master's in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Evangel University, where he also taught for nine years in the graduate business studies program. Currently, he's halfway through his Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree.

John Branham - John graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. John returned to Branham Brothers Construction in 1973 after a brief tenure with Mobil Oil. Branham Brothers, a general contractor, was founded in 1933 in Neosho, Missouri. In 1976, Branco Enterprises was incorporated, and John was named President. He held the title of President until 2015, at which time he was named CEO. Under his leadership, Branco has grown into a leading provider of construction services in the Midwest and now has offices in Neosho and Springfield, Missouri. John is widely recognized as a leader in both the community and the construction industry. He has served on a variety of Boards over the years and is past President of the Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2017, John was named the City of Neosho Citizen of the Year and in 2019, was recognized by Crowder College with the Distinguished Service Award. John has had several leadership roles with professional associations, including serving as Chairman of the Board of the Associated General Contractors of Missouri and Associated General Contractors of Kansas City. In addition to his ongoing role with Branco Enterprises as CEO, John is a widely recognized and respected arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, serving as a member of that association’s Construction Arbitration Master Panel and Large Complex Case Panel.

Grant Miller - Grant has been around construction his whole life, starting as a child watching his granddad develop residential subdivisions in Memphis, Tennessee.  He earned a degree in Construction Science & Management from Kansas State University and worked for Walton Construction and McCarthy Builders as a project manager for the first half of his career.  In 2012, Grant joined Springfield Glass Company to pursue an option to buy the company upon the owner’s retirement.  He was able to purchase the company in 2016.

Grant’s relationship with Springfield Glass began with him writing subcontracts to them.  The years being a customer of Springfield Glass helped him develop what he thought was a good level of knowledge about the commercial glazing trade.  Upon beginning work as an employee there he was amazed at how little he actually about the trade and had to take the bull by the horns to learn fast.  After a few years, he was confident in his skills as a manager of this specialty trade and felt he had gained enough knowledge of the business to buy out the owner.

Again, he was quite surprised.  This time, by how little he actually knew about owning and leading a company.  Fortunately, the market has been fantastic the entire time of Grant’s ownership and he and his team have been able to learn and grow consistently.  He says their accomplishments have been more than he thought possible and purchasing the company has worked out to be a very good decision.
