accepted
for
publication?
You
will
receive
a
confirmation
letter,
including
a
Copyright
Transfer
Agreement
and
Biographical
Information
Form.
These
forms
must
be
completed
and
returned
prior
to
publication.
Your
article
will
be
reviewed
by
members
of
the
editorial
staff
and
edited
to
match
the
magazine’s
overall
tone
and
style.
An
editor
may
contact
you
to
clarify
various
points
or
to
obtain
additional
information.
After
the
article
is
edited,
it
will
be
fitted
into
the
magazine’s
layout.
You
will
be
sent
a
proof
once
the
article
nears
completion.
What
formats
do
you
accept
for
articles/artwork?
Please
submit
articles
in
Microsoft
Word
or
Wordperfect.
Art
files
should
be
in
EPS,
TIF,
or
JPEG
whenever
possible.
Excel
and
Powerpoint
files
are
also
acceptable.
Do
I
get
to
proof
my
article
before
it
is
published?
Yes,
just
prior
to
printing,
the
editorial
staff
will
send
you
a
copy
of
the
edited
article.
It
is
important
that
you
review
it
and
return
comments
as
soon
as
possible.
Will
I
receive
a
copy
of
my
article
when
it’s
printed?
We
will
send
you
several
complimentary
copies
of
the
magazine
and
will
be
glad
to
send
more,
if
requested.
Can
I
get
numerous
copies
of
my
article?
