June 30 – CFMA’s President and CEO, Stuart Binstock, nominated William Patt to serve as a member of the Private Company Council (PCC). Mr. Patt is the Chief Accounting Officer for Mortenson Construction Company, the 19th largest GC in the U.S. with approximately $2.5 billion in 2011 annual revenues. Mark McCallum, NASBP’s CEO, also endorsed the nomination.
During July and August, the Trustees of the Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF) will conduct interviews with selected candidates after a thorough review of nominee credentials has been conducted.
