2004-2005 Membership Drive 

National Goal:  Bring in 2,000 new members between October 1, 2004 and September 30, 2005.

Chapters will compete by Size of Chapters at August 31, 2004 

a

Small Chapters (up to 40 members)

b

Medium Chapters (41 to 55 members)

c

Medium/Large Chapters (56 to 90 members)

d

Large Chapters (91+ members)

Chapters will receive points for the following categories:

a

Membership Committee (minimum 3 members)  6 Points

b

 Membership Chairperson not the Chapter President 4 Points

c

Participate in Membership Awareness Month in October 2004 10 Points

d

 Have a LOCAL Membership Drive with prizes  20 Points

e

Show proof of promoting the National Membership Drive 10 Points

f

Meet your Chapter’s National Goal for total members 30 Points

g

For each additional member above your chapter’s national goal 2 Points

h

Mentor a SMALL or MEDIUM Chapter with their membership campaign 10 Points (Documentation from the chapter being mentored is required)

i

If a chapter helps form another chapter in their market area all the new members that join during the Membership Drive period will be credited to that existing chapter.  (No points for this item)

Provided that the National Goal as stated above is met, the association will commit to No Dues Increase for CFMA fiscal year 2006/2007.
