If a Chapter produces
programming directed at Heavy & Highway
Contractors and brings in at
least 5 new members from Heavy & Highway
companies, they will receive $100 for each new Heavy &
Highway member whose company does not have an
existing member. (Documentation is required to show
proof of programs held, etc.). |
NOTE:
CFMA is required by Federal Law to report recipients of prizes
in excess of $600 during any year by filing a Form 1099-MISC
with the IRS (with a copy to the prize winner).
Accordingly, receipt of any prize is conditioned upon the winner
to provide CFMA with his/her tax identification number (e.g.,
social security number) and current contact information.
