You can upgrade one Exhibit Hall Only Registration per 10’x10’ booth to an Exhibitor Full Conference Registration for a $500 fee.
Any additional booth personnel not planning on attending sessions need to register by completing the Exhibit Hall Only Registration form (please complete one form per person) for a $250 fee.
If additional company representatives would like to attend sessions, they must register as full attendees and pay the member/non-member registration fees.
All Exhibitor Registration Forms MUST be completed by April 26, 2017 to receive your complimentary registrations. Any registration received after April 26, 2017 will be assessed a $150 late fee.
If your company needs audio visual equipment rental, our A/V provider, Dyventive, will be happy to assist with your needs once they receive your completed A/V Order Form.

Would you like to increase your visibility, generate valuable leads, and create excitement with Conference attendees? You can do so by donating a prize for our Prize Drawings in the Exhibition Hall! Simply download the Prize Drawing Information for complete details and the form to complete if you are interested in this opportunity. The form must be completed and returned no later than Monday, April 3 if you would like to participate as no exceptions or extensions will be granted. All prizes distributed during Exhibition hours must be given during the prize drawing.
Do you have prospects in the Phoenix area who you would like to invite to meet with you at the Exhibition? Send them the VIP Exhibition Pass Form to grant them FREE access to the Exhibition! All they need to do is complete the VIP Exhibition Pass Form and bring it to CFMA’s Conference registration desk to obtain their complimentary pass allowing them access to the Exhibition to meet with you.
Per the Exhibit Space Rules & Regulations, CFMA requires a certificate evidencing Comprehensive General Liability Coverage from each Exhibitor by April 3, 2017 (60 days in advance of the show move-in date). Please forward a current copy to firstname.lastname@example.org.
