The final presentations will be available for download in the conference CPE credit portal following the conclusion of the conference.

2017 Cancellation Policy
A full refund of your registration fee will be granted if cancellation is received in writing on or before October 11, 2017.
A refund of your registration fee, less $100, will be granted if cancellation is received in writing from October 12 to October 25, 2017.
No refunds will be granted after October 25, 2017.

Attire
Attire for all events is business casual.

Conference Materials
All conference materials will be provided to attendees free-of-charge in electronic format: both on a flash drive and in the conference app. Onsite conference materials may not contain the final PowerPoint presentations. The final presentations will be available for download in the conference CPE credit portal following the conclusion of the conference. Attendees who wish to receive their conference materials in a printed, three-ring binder may choose to purchase a binder for $50 when they register for the conference.
