Click on ADJUST THIS REGISTRATION
Select the sessions/events you want to attend
All refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION: Registration cancellations must be received by CFMA in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, May 5, 2017 and sent to email@example.com. Substitutions are permissible. Cancellations received prior to May 5, 2017 are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received May 6-May 19, 2017 are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received on or after May 20, 2017, including no-shows, are not eligible for refund.
GOLF TOURNAMENT & 5K RUN WALK: Golf tournament cancellations must be received by CFMA in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. After May 3, 2017, no golf cancellations are permissible; only substitutions will be allowed. All 5K Run Walk registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE. Substitutions are permissible.
