Practical Leadership Strategies for the Emerging CFM

Today’s business environment creates many challenges for the Construction Financial Manager. The complexity of managing and motivating all your team members to achieve projects and deadlines requires your ability to apply proven leadership principles, best practices and techniques.  In this four-hour workshop, participants will learn the tools to achieve success through specific construction based situations and examples.  Gaining buy-in, trust and accountability, motivating the team, effective communication and staffing dynamics are some of the topics covered.

Prerequisites:
This is a group-live program at the Basic level. No prerequisites or advanced preparation required. A basic understanding of construction accounting & financial management is recommended.

CPE Credit:
This course grants a total of 4.0 CPE credits to eligible participants in the following fields of study: 1.0 credits in Communications, 1.0 credits in Business Management & Organization and 2.0 credits in Personal Development.
