Treasury Management:                                            4 hours                        4 CPE credits
Good treasury management is the key to an efficient and successful company. This class teaches you techniques vital to the effective management of organizations of all sizes. You’ll examine topics that range from risk management to the optimization of cash flow to banking & e-commerce practices. At the end of the day, you will have gained a strong understanding of the major facets of treasury management and how to apply them effectively.

 

Level:
Intermediate

 

Prerequisites:
A working knowledge of construction accounting & cash management.

  • Treasury management concepts, standards, and objectives

  • The cash flow life cycle and how to optimize cash flow

  • Treasury management forecasting

When you have completed this course, you will be able to:

  • Identify the primary concepts of treasury management

  • Identify banking & e-commerce tools & practices

  • Recommend and apply sound treasury management techniques

  • Identify treasury management budgeting & forecasting methodologies

This is an introductory-level course that provides 4 CPE credits in the Field of Management Advisory Services.
While there are no prerequisites, an understanding of cash management principles is recommended.
