Who
can
attend
Spring
Creek?
Individuals
who
have
committed
to
serve
as
chapter
president
during
the
year
following
the
retreat
date
and
current
chapter
presidents
who
intend
to
serve
a
second
consecutive
term
are
eligible.
This
is
not
a
spouse/guest
event.
When
and
where
is
the
next
retreat?
Session
1:
October
4-7,
2008
/
Session
2:
October
9-12,
2008
at
The Wort Hotel
in
Jackson
Hole,
Wyoming.
Is the Spring Creek Program eligible for CPE?
Yes. Attendees receive 16 CPE creidts.
How
does
the
registration
process
work?
Two
sessions,
open
to
the
first
25
registrants
of
each
session
who
provide
the
registration
fee,
are
planned
each
year.
Every
effort
is
made
to
accommodate
session
preferences;
however,
slots
are
available
on
a
first-come,
first-served
basis.
As
such,
those
with
demanding
schedules
should
register
early.
What
does
Spring
Creek
cost?
-
Accommodations
and
retreat
facilitators
are
funded
by
the
$1,495
registration
fee and the generous sponsorship of Arch Insurance
Group.
-
All
sessions,
activities,
group
meals,
and
reception
functions
are
provided
through
CFMA.
-
Air
travel
costs
to
Jackson
are
the
responsibility
of
the
chapter/
attendee.
What
travel
arrangements
are
needed?
Airfare
and
other
travel
arrangements
are
the
responsibility
of
the
chapter,
attendee,
or
attendee’s
company.
CFMA
recommends
Travelers
Choice
(610-933-1100)
for
travel
arrangements;
however,
participants
should
wait
for
session
confirmation
before
finalizing
travel
plans.
