DEBRA HAHN MEMORIAL AWARD
The Deborah
Hahn Memorial Award recognizes outstanding CFMA
participation and activity on both the local and national
levels. It is given each year to that CFMA General or
Associate Member who exemplifies the following:
-
Enthusiasm in the promotion of CFMA
-
Contributions at both the local and national levels
-
Activities in support of CFMA’s Core Purpose and Values,
and
-
Consideration for and service to fellow CFMA members.
2008 Winner:
Richard F. King,
Treasurer of Schlouch, Inc. in Blandon, PA, is the recipient
of the 2008 Debra Hahn Memorial Award, which recognizes
outstanding CFMA participation and activity on both the
local and national levels.
Rich is the immediate past president of the Greater
Berks-Lehigh Valley Chapter and is currently a member of
CFMA's National Executive, Finance, and Chapter Resource
Committees. He is the immediate past co-chair of CFMA's
National Conference Planning Task Force. Rich is also is a
member of the first-ever mentoring client class of CFMA's
National Mentoring Program.

JOE QUIGLEY MEMORIAL AWARD
The Joe
Quigley Memorial Award recognizes outstanding chapter
participation and activity. It is given each year to
that CFMA General or Associate Member who exemplifies
the following:

Enthusiasm in the promotion of CFMA,

Contributions at the chapter level,
-
Activities in support of CFMA’s Core Purpose and
Values, and
-
Consideration for and service to fellow CFMA
members.
2008 Winner:
Robert E.
Moulder, Financial Analyst with MEDCO Construction,
LLC in Dallas, TX, is the recipient of the 2008 Joe
Quigley Memorial Award, which recognizes outstanding
chapter participation and activity.
Bob is a past president of the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter
and is a member of CFMA's National Chapter Resource
Committee. As Bob's nomination form says, "Bob is CFMA's
biggest fan. Bob's work within CFMA and his enthusiasm
for the Association has pressed CFMA's mission forward
and continues to illustrate how our Organization truly
is the resource for our Industry. His approach,
determination, and demeanor truly embodies the
attributes of CFMA's core values."

The Danny B. Parrish
Outstanding Leadership Award, named after its first
recipient, was established by CFMA to recognize ands
publicly honor a CFMA member who:

Demonstrates the capacity
to inspire and motivate others,

Exhibits a strong work
ethic in achieving outcomes,
-
Has the ability to unite
various sectors in achieving common goals,
-
Is an innovative thinker
who has led CFMA to prosper through specific
initiatives, and
-
Has demonstrated leadership
capabilities over a minimum of 10 years of service,
including chapter and national activities
