TO
THE The Triangle Chapter of CFMA was formed in 1991. Once again this year we will hold our Annual CFMA Golf Tournament for the purpose of raising funds for our scholarship fund. Started in 1997 to benefit deserving college students in North Carolina with an interest in accounting and the construction industry, the Triangle Chapter plans to raise enough funds to make this scholarship self funding. In addition to our Scholarship Fund, we are dedicated to the ongoing education of our members and their staffs. For many years we have co-sponsored seminars on The Basics of Construction Accounting with the Carolinas AGC and the annual Statewide CFMA Conference. Additionally, we are committed to providing opportunities for our members to earn CPE credits with future programs and seminars. It is an exciting time for the Triangle Chapter of CFMA as we grow and strive to meet the challenges of our members. It is our sincere hope that the networking, educational opportunities and friendships will assist our members in their ongoing pursuit of excellence as financial managers.
