Treasury Committee

The Tri-State Indiana Treasurer Committee is responsible for developing an annual budget and internal controls. We recommend this committee consist of 2 members.

1. Prepare an annual budget for board approval.
2. Develop and monitor internal controls for cash receipts and disbursements.
3. Quarterly reporting of financial results.
4. Maintain accounting on QuickBooks.
