On May 7, 2008,
members of the Maryland Chapter of CFMA attended a job site
visit at Annapolis Towne Center. Among those attending were the
CFMA President, Anita Sheckells, as well Board Members Bruce
Tabler, Ryan Henigan, Pat Gibbons and Asif Choudhury.
 Annapolis
Towne Center is a 35 acre mixed-use property including
residential and retail space. The job site visit was lead by
Project Manager John Heagy and Controller Dave Schorr of the
Bozzuto Group. The CFMA members toured Bozzuto’s portion of the
project which included Mariner Bay and is comprised of 10 levels
of residential space including 208 luxury apartments above 2
levels of ground floor retail space. The tour started with a
ride to the roof of the building aboard a temporary construction
elevator and included each floor of the project. The tour
concluded with a happy hour and network at Greystone Grille in
Annapolis. |
