Welcome to the The Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) is a professional and social organization dedicated to the service of construction financial professionals. With over 7,000 members nationally, based in almost 90 regional chapters, CFMA is dedicated to providing education and information specifically related to the financial management unique to the construction industry. The Long Island Chapter boasts members from across a spectrum of construction services: CFOs, controllers, treasurers and accountants – from general contractors, subs, developers, construction managers & consultants, architects & engineers. Service providers among our ranks include insurers, bankers, public accountants, attorneys and others. Our membership mirrors the unique diversity of our marketplace: from sole proprietors to multi-national conglomerates. From this wealth of experience we meet to exchange ideas, enhance the roles we play in our respective organizations and in the financial community, promote the image of the construction industry in our community, and focus energies on the full range of responsibilities faced by today’s construction financial manager. The 2006 – 2007 membership year promises to be an exciting and rewarding one. We encourage you to become a member of our team!
